Hi, My name is Andrew, I’m a Producer, and consider myself a creative director, and I came up with the idea for the Human channel 10 years ago while noticing that it was the social and inclusive parts of my own creativity that excited me most, the teaching, sharing, and social parts of creativity, and that sharing this would set me apart from the many aspiring artists. I discovered over the years is that our creativity, social nature and inclusion may define us as human, and might have been a major reason we survived and evolved. It appeared to me a cycle, we evolved, to become creative and social, to evolve, ad infinitum. Before conceiving The Human Channel, I couldn’t quite figure out which art form was my favorite (music or video are my two favorites), and wether I should be making art, promoting it, or teaching it, because I was really just interested in creativity’s potential to help us understand each other, because when I was younger I didn’t see enough understanding, in my parents, and because we moved many times in childhood, I tried to understand other kids better, to acclimate to new social groups and schools.

During my artistic growth, I decided I wanted to combine art and information, which has always grounded me, as information was a meeting point for people when art was too abstract. Information might be a way we begin to relate, and creativity how we grow understanding.

I decided to really work on The Human Channel again in 2026 after seeing the appeal of self-reliance and real world social experience as compared to the (overly?) effective yet empathy deprived age of ai and self-image improvement of social media. Even in the people offering personal and moral advice on social media, I still saw self-image improvement, even in myself. Meanwhile I had started improvising vocals, lyrics and melodies at open imrovised jam sessions, open to all levels, save for anyone who would disrupt the inclusive improvisation.

In 2026 I had also recommitted to not letting politics divide us, and committing to the idea that all Humans deserve to participate in defining ourselves, because at some point we’re all going to work through more or less “problematic” opinions. To me, the only exception to who is welcome in this meaning-making, and human-evolution-defining, creative, social process, is people making the active decision to harm others, especially those with every other option available. I believe that evolutionary theory is something all Humans are living, so they have a right to help define it, by living it, not just studying what “experts” say, although as stated earlier, information can be a great common starting point. I believe that the relevance of an opinion or fact about human evolution is something to be tested by science, information, art, philosophy and spiritual and religious teachings, and we should wield evolutionary theory humbly, because it can never be complete.

To live and coexist together shows how we have always survived and thrived. By creating and building, we gain in communicating and understanding each other. The Human Channel wants to share entertaining information on how to survive like all our ancestors, meet our needs to reproduce offspring, give our children the means for the opportunity and choice wether or not to reproduce, and celebrate that together. To many, creating stability to be social, and reproduce, or simply care for others is the meaning of existence. If this view is irrelevant to some people, we can explore other meanings, because exploring possible and alternative meanings has been one of Humans’ strengths.

I’ve always created melodies and rhythms, danced with people, and made videos about people’s stories, and how we collaborate and communicate so easily. I have always been emotional and sensitive, fascinated by my empathy, my ability to feel what others feel, and how we Humans use empathy to create and collaborate. I’ve wanted to know what is happening in my brain and body when I have negative emotions, or experience conflict. I am also drawn to improvisation, often with people I’ve just met. I have a vision for what videos would look like of people living, doing and creating as an example of modern learning, which is becoming more popular, along with video of real life.

I need your help to create many chapters of videos like the ones on this page, using professional experts, scientists, evolutionary biologists, professionals, artists and regular people in all occupations, and out in public, with those who want to learn how information on evolution can improve what we do. Let’s continue being creative, cohesive and resilient. Let’s survive, thrive, and evolve if necessary.
